Autumn is a season of high incidence of food poisoning and foodborne diseases. In order to further strengthen the food hygiene and safety work of staff restaurants, improve the health and safety awareness of restaurant employees, and protect the physical and mental health and life safety of employees, on September 17, the Administration Department organized its employees and restaurant personnel to carry out a restaurant food poisoning emergency drill.
After the simulated lunch time of the exercise, the restaurant staff found that 4 employees had nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting, which were suspected of food poisoning, and immediately reported the situation to the person in charge of the restaurant. The person in charge of the restaurant immediately rushed to the scene to understand the specific situation, and organized personnel to help the suspected poisoned employee to the shade outside the restaurant to induce vomiting. At the same time, dial the 120 emergency number, pull the cordon, block the scene, and protect the scene. The entire exercise process was standardized, fast, and orderly, and the personnel participating in the exercise were in place, which embodied a spirit of unity, cooperation and serious responsibility, and achieved the expected results.
